Our Inquirers’ Class…

Are you interested in learning more about First Presbyterian Church of Moorestown and possibly joining the congregation? The Membership Committee extends an invitation to you to attend our Inquirers Class.

The Inquirers Class is for those interested in learning more about FPC Moorestown, and the Presbyterian Church as a whole. The three-part series is comprised of a Wednesday evening in-person/Zoom class, a single Saturday in-person class and the traditional meeting with Session to be received into membership. This format is designed to work with today’s busy schedules.

Spring Inquirers’ Class

The Class will meet at the following times:
  • Wednesday, June 19, 6:30 – 7:30 pm meeting with Membership Committee and Pastors. May be available via Zoom, if needed.
  • Saturday, June 22, 8:30 am – 11:30 am.
  • Sunday, June 23, 12:15-1:30 pm with Session, received into membership.
Welcomed at worship, 9:00 am Traditional or 11:00 am Contemporary

We Look Forward to Learning More About You!

All of the sessions, which will be led our pastors and other staff members and leaders of the church, are designed to provide an opportunity to share and receive information on the meaning of membership in the Presbyterian Church. Participants will focus on questions of membership, our relationship with Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, what it means to be a disciple, and a faithful member of this congregation.

Our Session, our church’s governing body, asks those interested to please complete the exercise called “My Faith Story”  DOWNLOAD… MY FAITH STORY and bring it with you to the Saturday session.

We pray that you will grow in your knowledge of the grace and love of Jesus Christ through the ministry of First Presbyterian Church.

In our Inquirers’ Class you’ll learn about what we believe as a church, some of the ministries we have here, and discuss basic Christian beliefs. It is a great starting point to explore what we do here at FPC Moorestown and if this church might be the right church for you!
