Evening Prayer at FPC Moorestown: New Ways to Pray

Our Thursday Prayer Service will return this fall.
We’re continuing to see the Lord together on Thursday evenings at 7:00 pm with our live streamed Evening Prayer service.

Some of our members and friends have joined Pastor Spencer and Pastor Allen in setting aside Thursdays as a day for Fasting and Prayer.

Our Prayer services are around 15 minutes in length.

First and Fourth Thursdays
On the first and fourth Thursdays of the month, we’ll continue to offer the 15-minute time for reflection and prayer. Your prayer requests—both joys and concerns—are always welcome. Share your requests with the church office by 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday morning.
Second Thursday
On the second Thursday, we offer a guided prayer time using the Harvest Prayer of Jesus. In Luke 10:2, Jesus commands us to pray to Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into a harvest that is ripe and ready. We’re praying that God would make us a congregation of disciples who make disciples of all ages.
Third Thursday
On the third week of each month, we’ll be praying for the important matter of racial healing and reconciliation using a time of guided prayer.

Gracism: The Art of Inclusion

At different times during the year we will bring to our membership and visitors opportunities to join in worship, learning and fellowship in unique ways. In 2021, during the month of June, we met via Zoom for a very special Thursday evening study in partnership with the Converge Church of Moorestown.
