“So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up…” (Eph 4:11-12)

We have important news from the APNC committee to share. Pastor Spencer explains it all in his latest letter…

Our Journey

The process of finding a new member to join the staff of our church is one of discernment; challenging the congregation to listen closely for the will of God for its mission and ministry in this new stage of the congregation’s life.

Our deepest thanks to the APNC committee for their diligence in finding the right candidate to fill the position of Associate Pastor. 0n August 29th of 2021, Rev. Wes Allen was appointed, by vote of the congregation, to become our Associate Pastor. We are blessed to have a Pastor who shares the vision of our church leadership and members.

Mission Study

As we seek to follow the Holy Spirit’s leading and wait on God’s time and plan to find the right people to fill these positions, we have revisited who we are as a church and what God might have in store for our future.
Beginning in March 2020 and stretching into 2021, our congregation has pivoted, Zoomed, and re-imagined what it means to be the Kingdom people during a time of pandemic. Although we closed our physical campus for an extended period of time starting on March 17, 2020, our Church never closed.

Essential Tenets

FPC Moorestown adopted a summary of the essential tenets of the Christian faith and our Reformed distinctives in 2006. It was intended to define in a clear way where we stand as a congregation within PC(USA) based upon the then-current Book of Order and Book of Confessions.
